Sir i pay the amount of 250+ INR for arduino course But I got FOSS key ,, i didn't understand that what is the usage of FOSS key can anyone help me to know the usage of FOSS key And i also want to knew that how can I get the certificate for this course

Regarding Certificate
I have completed Arduino Course from Swayam Portal and I have also paid fees on Spoken Tutorial on Feb 18, 2022. But no date for examination was announced and no certificate is given to me for the same. Kindly do the needful. I need certificate for my academic record.

Sir while studying about microcontroller , In vedio when the teacher gave the examples Traffic light , Motion Detector.A question arises in mind How these two devices work? specially what role microcontroller plays ? For Example :- A person passes in front of motion detector what type of signal microcontroller gets , I think its analog because analog signals are variable , what output microcontroller will give?Sir please tell me , I am thinking in correct direction or I have to think through another way .
