Go to preferences -> Component Libraries -> check if eSim_Subckt is there in the list. If not, please click on Add -> locate the eSim_Subckt library from C:/FOSSEE/eSim/library/kicadlibrary/kicad_eSim_Library/ and click on ok. Reopen the schematic. Changes will be reflected
