Please follow the Spoken Tutorial "exactly". If any statement does not work, please rewind, listen to it again, do precisely what the tutorial says. If you do that (and do not skip steps), you will be able to reproduce whatever the tutorial says.
In the current case, you have to open Rstudio - you probably missed this step, explained in the tutorial.
